Made payment but still no service

I use the re-boost monthly card for my account, and i am on the $35/month plan. My service webt out yesterday, i put money on my card to day, and my service is still off. Usually when i pay it only takes a couple minutes for my service to turn back on. I am past my due date but my account still says its good until 1/10/17. I went to my account and my balance is $35, which is whats due. And i tried to pay with my balance, but i keep getting an error message. Help please

I would suggest that u dial #233 from your phone have your reboots card and your phone handy follow prompts for adding funds to your account .
