LG Stylo 2 stuck on 3G

Until last month my POS Stylo 2 connected to the LTE network. Since May 26, it will only connect to 3G. Customer service has not been useful.

Sorry to read that you’ve been experiencing this issue, @rufussayscalm. Are you getting any specific error message? To research further, can you send us the cross streets and ZIP code where this occurs?

 

Please, follow the next steps:

 

1- Go to Settings

2- From the Networks tab, scroll to and tap More.
3- Tap Mobile networks.
4- Tap Network mode.
5- Check that the option LTE/CDMA is the one selected

The only a error message I am getting is the 3G at the top of the screen instead of the LTE that I paid for.
And yes it's connected
