I am trying to insure my phone on the website. I keep clicking submit but the page never changes to Success.

Hi there brucebeckie. Insurance could only be added to the accounts within the first 30 days from activation. If this is not the case please let us know and we will figure it out. Victor21

I just activated my new phone today, so well within the 30 days.
