I paid my bill but it says I didn't

I tried paying my bill online but it wouldn't take my debit card which has money on it. So I called the boost number and said to reboost my account on the phone. Then i checked my bank history and it took the money out of my debit card but it still says I have to pay and I have zero service. helppp please
