I have been charged double

the last 5 days I didn't have Network I've been calling every day nobody can not help even yesterday I switch a phone the problem is there not to mention I've been charged twice and boosts they don't want a refund they want to keep it for the next month how in the hell am I going to pay for the next month when I do not have networks today
