I have an issue on a canceled order

I placed an order online for a previously owned phone and less than 12 hours later I had to cancel the order.  I contacted customer care and received a cancellation confirmation number.  The problem is I still received the phone.  I have tried a couple times calling to get this resolved and I cannot seem to get anywhere.  I just want to return the phone and get my refund.  Is there anyone here that can help with that?  Thanks in advance.

Hi there, jdougs. We'll be happy to help. We'll have to create a return order so you can return the device. Here are some details:

 

- You must write the Order Number we will provide you on the side of the box or envelope

- Return in the original packaging.

- The refund is given within 7-14 business days from the date we received the device and if it meets return policy requirements.

- Credit card purchases are refunded to the same card of purchase, as applicable.
