Have not received $100 account credit

I bought an iPhone 6 online and was told I would get $100 worth of credit on my account after my first payment. I am now on my third payment and I have still not received my $100 of credit. Is there something else I have to do that I am missing?

Oh no! Sorry to hear that, bmattblake. We definitely want to look into this for you. The credit was supposed to be added within 4 weeks from the first payment after the device activation.
