Generic failure

I just got my iphone 6 from boost mobile and i apply all the information to swap devices but when i press submit i instantly get a error saying, "Generic failure" and i also get this message when i try to change plans. Please help.

i am having same problem with my new phone. off the "genetic failure" message while trying to switch to a new phone and now neither will work.
