Generic Failure when trying to switch plans

I am trying to change my plan from the $50 unlimited and its on a family plan, to the $35 plan on a single line. The process allows me to go all the way through until I click confirm the plan change, then it goes straight to a generic failure, on mobile and on a computer. This has been days now and my bill is due tomorrow. The Boost Store staff in town will not help me, they said they can't change my plan for me, and you cannot change a plan on the phone either. Please help!
