Feeling ripped off!

Just used the boost up this weekend, on 3/24. Ordered a new phone and had next day shipping applied to it. Recieved an email saying I joined boost up, and billed for it, but nothing else. No email about it being shipped. Now I'm out the 12 bucks for shipping, and have no clue if or when I'll ever see my phone! Better get my money back for services not recieved!

Hello @KIDdeath. When did you process the order? Did you receive an order number? Did you sign the contract?

3/24 it was ordered. Got a screenshot of the confirmation number which also shows I paid for next day shipping. And I've been a boost customer for years! Plus my account already shows I'm being billed for it!

Yes, as far I know. If not then I shouldn't have service already. Basically your saying I'm up the creek now, and im paying for something I'm now never going to receive? Even though I've had a monthly contract with boost for YEARS? Thanks for jack **bleep**!

I pay 50 faithfully every single month and boost was OK until they cut my hotspot short.. I've barely used my hotspot this month and I've used all of it? I don't like y'all.. And then to add another hotspit your only option is to pay another 50 dollars.. Who has that? I have a child!
