When I log onto my account it states that I am eligible to purchase a phone with easy pay installments. I get all the way through, am able to enter all my payment information and everything but then it tells me there is an error and to contact Boost Customer Support. Why does this keep happening? Am I really eligible for Easy Pay?
Hi there. To be eligible for Easy Pay, you would need to have 12 on time payments. You are able to complete the process as well in your nearest Boost Mobile store. Victor21
