I've been with boost mobile for 5 years, & ive never and I repeat never received accurate service. To make a long story short, I purchased the HTC bolt at a local near by location verse online. While doing so my card was swipped twice. I call and asked for a SIMPLE refund for the additional amount. After talking to ten different reps all giving me both different amounts and the run around. I finally got a rep that advised me to fax n my bank statement for the amount that we needed to dispute, and she would have it all taken care of, FINALLY or so you would think. Only to have the dispute dept call me back to say we only see on transaction n are book of business once again. Its like the feeling you get when you being toyed around with. Ha Well guess what ill be calling back tomorrow with the last laught. Obviously both transaction are showing and someone will be sending my US girls back to the bank LOL. If u have to call customer service PRAY first.
