I am trying to buy a phone but it continues to say my card information is wrong when I’m fact it is 100% correct I’ve tried serveral times, and I’m not calling the number to get the phone because it is know for bad customer service and long wait times.

I have been trying to purchase a certified pre owned iPhone 7 128gb in gold but have been receiving the same error message as everyone else, even after double and triple checking information and using both my laptop and phone to attempt to buy it.

That's strange. You need to check that your billing and shipping address are the same, because we only ship to the billing address of the card used.
