Canceled online order by phone but tracking info still says it’s in route

Please help. I was supposed to be getting a refund within 24-48 hours but according to the tracking my phone is moving closer and to be delivered by Tuesday. My order number was ek-bepp-

Hi Jenny83! Thanks for contacting us. The cancelation request cannot be submitted more than 4 hours after the order has been placed. If the package has been shipped, we'll have to wait until it is returned back to Boost Mobile for the refund to be processed.
