Can't port number from Virgin Mobile

I've tried to port my number from Virgin Mobile, but the website says I can't.

I'm already a customer, I have a different Boost phone my son uses.

 

Once I port my number and activate, I want to put my son's phone and mine on a family plan.

Can I get some help with this please?

Please send us a Private Message with the phone number and PIN of your Virgin Mobile account. Also, include the DEC number of your Boost phone, your number, and Boost PIN.
