Hi. I would say try changing the network mode or confirm if it's on the 4G LTE. Go to settings -> network connections -> more networks -> mobile networks -> network mode, and changed it from CDMA to LTE/CDMA. Reboot and confirm. Victor21
I'm having the exact same issue with my S5. I've tried every which network mode and none gave me 4G. I've cleared the partition cache. No 4G. I've called customer service a few weeks ago and after the call I had 4G for maybe two minutes and then it was back to 3G. Any more advice?
