Boostup

I have been a Boost Mobile customer since November 2012,  we have automatic payments and two lines, my husband wants to upgrade his phone. We want to know how to finance a phone through BoostUp. I have called customer service, and I was told that I would get a text message, that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received anything. I would like to know if I order a phone how can I use the BoostUp?

 

Can someone help me?
