Boostup

I have seen many discussions about this program...i received the text back in august or september that my 12 consecutive payment anniversary was coming up soon and that I would be eligible for the boostup program...I have made every payment on time since then and no messages about starting this has been sent. I know this might sound silly, but I am in need of a new phone and the boostup program would be an affordable way to get one at the moment. Can somebody please help me figure out if im eligible? I already know where to go in my account to see if its available, but i need some insight. Thank you in advance!
