I order a galaxy s8 from the boost up plan on the 3rd this month and I still haven’t gotten an email confirmation or anything saying that it’s shipped I check my order status and sometimes it says that it’s closed or it sometimes says that the service is temporarily unavailable. They already took my money for the down payment and I’m scheduled to be making the monthly payments but where’s my phone? Please help
