Hotspot doesn't work. Also do not receive messages or calls unless connected to WiFi. Messages then come through multiple times. Paying for a service I can only use at home or somewhere that has open WiFi. I would like to have either a refund of the $81 I spent 2 weeks ago to have service with you or my next bill payment waved. Please help me resolve this issue or I will take my business to another provider
Hi there, @Charlotte1568! We apologize for this experience. Definitely want to look into this for you. Did you subscribe to the Hotspot add-on? Also, how many bars do you usually have? Are you able to see the 3G or 4G LTE icon in your phone?
