I had a boost account for three years...but lost my phone and someone highjacked my account by switching my number to another company. Therefore they were able to continue using my phone when I tried to turn it off. It is a terrible scam because if it happens to you with a company with horrible customer service like boost your in trouble. Anyway I was able to get boost to shut down my account...but imagine my surprise when 6 months later I find out they are still billing me!! Now trying to get a refund because of their horrible customer service is next to impossible! I'm at my wit's end and am out $240.00! Don't use Boost mobile!
