BOOST UP

I received an email on 9/28 that stated I would soon be eligible for Boost Up. Nearly 3 months​ later and no one knows anything.

 

I've​ called customer service. Different answer each time I call. I am told that I'm eligible for an upgrade. I've had boost Mobile since July 2016....well over a year. I don't want an upgrade at the moment. I want to purchase another​ phone so I can have a Family Plan.

 

PLEASE help!

Hi there, stacydb! Sign into My Account https://myaccount.boostmobile.com/. If you are eligible, you will see ‘You are eligible for BoostUP! Installment Billing’ in the My Device section.

Nope. It doesn't say anything. How/when will I know. My email came on 9/28/17, I have been a customer for +16 months.
