I received an email on 9/28 that stated I would soon be eligible for Boost Up. Nearly 3 months later and no one knows anything.
I've called customer service. Different answer each time I call. I am told that I'm eligible for an upgrade. I've had boost Mobile since July 2016....well over a year. I don't want an upgrade at the moment. I want to purchase another phone so I can have a Family Plan.
