Hi Waynem! Have you swapped your device online? See, there's a technical requirement to switch your IMEI number on your account, before you can start using it. If you still haven't done that, please go to https://myaccount.boostmobile.com/?INTNAV=TopNav:MyAccount, log in and go to Device & Support / Swap Device, once there, just enter your new IMEI number and restart your device when that's done.
