Att and boost

Okay I’m getting real frustrated I got a new iPhone 6 unlocked I checked the IMEI online the phone is fully unlocked I just paid my phone bill today and put my SIM card in the new phone but i can’t seem to get any service

Do anybody know what I’m supposed too do ..?

Hi Waynem! Have you swapped your device online? See, there's a technical requirement to switch your IMEI number on your account, before you can start using it. If you still haven't done that, please go to https://myaccount.boostmobile.com/?INTNAV=TopNav:MyAccount, log in and go to Device & Support / Swap Device, once there, just enter your new IMEI number and restart your device when that's done.

I’m having the same issue, I ended up having an super old boost in a drawer and activated it for now but I want to use my iPhone.
