Hi, I'm trying to access my account, and the PIN's I've put in aren't going through. I can't access the phone to get the text, and my email isn't on file, something I was sure the employees did when I made my account, so there's no way to get my PIN back, right? I know customer support needs my number and pin to even let a call go through, and I tried support, but I need my pin there also. Am I going to have to go to the store and hope the same employees are there just so I can be told I can't do anything because my account was locked for 24 hours?
