Account suspended

My account was suspended this morning because it was ""lost" but I never reported this. When I try to change this online I get the message "Failed:Application processing error ."  When I try texting customer service I just get an automatic "your service has been temporarily restricted" message back and when I call I get an automatic voice message saying the same thing.
