Account number; Customer Service still having me wait
I was wondering If an agent or someone savvy with the Customer Service dialing could help me get that elusive Account # found out?
Ive called 4 times to Customer Service to figure out how to get the # (Technical options all directed me to the website FAQ - no idea how to get a person).
Email was easier tho i had to do it twice; the responded to me 24hrs later and the people were very nice, missed the first emails two calls because i was in work. The second emails response was a call at 6am (lol) thought the person was very nice, but as she connected me to the service line for that information, the automated voice said the line didn't exist anymore??
Im slightly miffed at the quality of the customer service design BOOST has acquired over the years....
I just want my Account # so i can keep my phone #, so if anyone can help that would be G R E A T L Y apreciated
