I just got my iPhone yesterday. It's activated I have a number and everything. I try to text but I get a message saying low balance recharge account. I can't make calls. When I do the machine says I need to pay negative $12.00. Online my account keeps saying service interrupted even though I already put $42 on my account already!! Now I can't put anymore money because they declined my card. What do I do? Do I need to put more money down for the phone to work? Someone please help
