$5 Auto-Reboost Credit not applied

I enrolled in the autopay / Auto-reboost option for the $5 discount to my bill over a month ago. According to the terms, this month the $5 credit should have been taken out of my bill, but my full phone bill was taken out of my bank account. What's happening?

When I ordered my phone, the $5 auto-reboost discount was still in effect.  When I activated my phone (on 8/22/17) the discount offer still showed on the payment page, and I set up auto-reboost at that time.  Now, several days later, I discover that the credit will not be applied, even though the offer was clearly on the screen at the time I set up the auto-renewal payment.  If it hadn't been, I would have questioned it at that moment.
