OnePlus Nord N10

It's not in the NMS database.  It should be highly compatible.  I've had a situation just like this years ago where I was lucky enough to have someone add it to inventory.  The answer I've received is "we can't determine its compatibility because it's not in the database." I would even prefer, "We don't want those phones on our network because of marketing purposes." or, "It doesn't support the second profile required for this mvno to operate." (it should, though).  That differentiates 'a matter that the specific employee cannot help with' and 'the phone flat out not going to be on the network'.
