NO SERVICE after inserting NEW 5G SIM card

After inserting the NEW & IMPROVED 5G EXPANDED NETWORK SIM CARD I can no longer access cellular data from my house.  According to the coverage map my house is located in an area that has EXCELLENT COVERAGE. After swapping devices and spending several hours on 4 different occasions troubleshooting the issue with Boost Mobile they are now mailing me another SIM card which will take another 3 to 5 days to get here. 😬😬😬
