My service also gets real crappy periodically and never happened when boost still belonged to sprint. I wouldn't say what's up boost...I'd say what's up dish network. Why did your customer service rep classes m a tower was down when I said that can get online anywhere? I just bought a new phone from local boost store so I know it's not my device...I don't think towers down would be the cause of that either considering I could still make calls and text message. Then I was told I would get something credited to my account that wasn't...so I don't know what's going on but no don't like that my service is now spotty...ever since that aquisition the service is spotty...used to be great, now I'm not too happy since the change.
