I don't have a question, I just wanted everyone at Boost to know your customer service is garbage.
Your website: useless. Your hotline: useless. I just want my old contacts back. I ask a question here and nobody answers it. Thanks a lot for nothing. I have stuff to do and I just want to talk to a live representative. Your garbage hotline is intentionally labyrinthine so that nobody has to deal with irate customers. But you wouldn't deal with irate customers if every step of the activation process wasn't unnecessarily ridiculous. Trash company.
