Virgin Return Policy - Unwritten Rules & More

Word to the wise. Virgin does everything possible to not honor their return policy. They put up roadblocks and then tell you the 7 day return window has passed. There is zero chance you will get the same answer from two customer representatives. Have you ever heard of a company that has an unwritten rule that you cannot change your mind on the purchase? I never even opened the shipping box. Their terms and conditions do not mention this. But again the bigger problem is their customer service reprensentatives either don't understand their own policies or intentionally mislead you. Bottom line; fine to purchase cheap phones from Virgin but it would be a huge mistake to purchase an expensive phone from Virgin.

Really sorry to hear about this, jimbulla. To be eligible for a refund, the Return should meet the guidelines below:  


- Device must be purchased through either our website or Care with a Virgin Mobile live advisor over the phone.
 - You have 7 days from date of purchase to return for full credit. After 7 days from the date of purchase, the device will not show up as a selectable line item for a Return Order. 
- You are responsible for shipping and handling fees while returning the device. - If there is no sign of mistreatment, you will receive a full refund to the method of purchase. 
- Returns for retail purchased kits must be done at the retailer, and you may be subject to their own return policy.
