Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Support is available from 6 am - 10 pm CST Monday–Friday, and from 6 am - 9 pm CST on weekends.
You can stop making payments for the monthly service. This will make the phone go to interrupted status after the payment date. (If more than 120 days pass since the account interruption without you making a payment, the account will cancel itself).
Do you want to just not use the service? Or do you want to cancel the account to reactivate it in a future?
