So I got a new phone like a week ago, put my SIM card from my old phone into this one (my old phone had broke) and I went to the boost website at activate my phone. I think it worked cause I was able to text and stuff but then a few hours later at the top left corner where it shows ur carrier it said sprint and I could no longer text or anything. I tried manually resetting the network settings cause that’s what it said to do online. When my phone turned back on it said “your phone is not activated if this happens often contact your carrier” and so I tried to activate my phone again on the boost mobile website, but it said I wasn’t eligible so I’m currently stuck on sprint completely confused not knowing what to do
