Having issues getting my money back

Over a month ago they got my phone that i paid 155.00 bucks for never came fedex lied said they couldnt deliver it because of a storm i live in southern calif no storm then they got the phone from Fedex then boost said they got the phone it would be 14 days i would get my money every time i call they give misinformation every time its been over a month
