Confused on how to private message!

I tried to send a message to the admin @Alley because in the rules and guidlines it says to send her a PM if you’re a boost customer but when I tried to send it, it told me that I’ve reached the number of messages I’m aloud to send right now and to try again later. I’ve never even sent a message before! Lol @Alley if you see this, please help!

Hey there, Lissa216! To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

Hello, @amberbowen16. Thanks for reaching out. You can switch to us in-store, online here or through Customer Service (1-888-266-7848).

 

To switch, you'll need your account number, PIN and a Boost compatible phone. You can get a free phone if you switch to us in-store. You'll be required to activate an unlimited plan ($50, $60 or $80) and pay for the first month of service.
