They can't hear me

On some calls, usually after 15 minutes or so, I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. Samsung Galaxy A 10e. Mute is not activated. Before you tell me to contact the manufacturer, last week I bought a Motorola moto g fast and the same dang thing is happening. Very aggravating especially when on a business call. Is there a solution other than changing carriers?

Sorry to hear that. Let's do some investigating. Does it make any difference if you use an earpiece, or switch to speaker?
