Brand new unlocked iPhone SE activation

Hello, I purchased a brand new unlocked iPhone from Costco.However I am unable to activate it.I tried online and spoke to two different customer support agents but to no avail. I don’t understand why I can’t activate it. Data not working

I'm not sure when this first started but I have havent been able to get onto the internet without using home wifi for a couple days now. My phone had updated sometime during the week....maybe thats the issue? I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite.

Note 8 outgoing calls and texts fail

I ordered the iPhone 12 mini and went through the steps and after I completed my purchase, another message came back stating i had insufficient funds but you all took the money from my card. So i want to know what the status of my order is?

When will agents reps and customer service understand that the service problems is there towers. They know the problem and aren’t honest. All they say is there is no outage. Resets can’t be done because there is barely one bar of service. This is ridiculous
