Brand new unlocked iPhone SE activation

Hello, I purchased a brand new unlocked iPhone from Costco.However I am unable to activate it.I tried online and spoke to two different customer support agents but to no avail. I don’t understand why I can’t activate it. Samsung S8 not able to receive/make calls or texts

My phone had an update over the weekend and since then I have not been able to make or receive calls or texts.  I have done all the cache clearing, starting and restarting with no luck.  Any thoughts?  I need my phone to work from home and log into a secure VPN so I am desperate.

2 questions that have nothing to do with each otjer

I have talked to customer support on both issues and have gotten no where, both on the phone and with chat agents. Why is the number 3608429999 showing on my on line call activity as a out going call multiple times a day for months now? My phone call log doesnt show it and I have never called it. I

Bummer! It looks like this SIM card number isn't valid

Motorola G Power, IMEI number says it's network compatible.   I bought a SIM card, trying to enter the serial number, says it's invalid.   No local stores are open to take a support call, most of them jsut give a mailbox full error.   What do I do?  Seems like I got ripped off here.   Mark

Moto G Fast and Expanded Network coverage...... none

HI, I bought a new phone only so that I would have access to the expanded network as shown on the map which I needed. I got the phone a Moto G Fast which is on the list.
