Unable to activate phone!

Can someone please help me! So I've been a boost customer for almost 2 years now. Well I've finally decided to add my (pregnant) wife to my family plan. So we ordered the new iphone se for 350 bucks on the boost site. It came in friday 8/7/20 and when I went online to activate it, it said it failed.

Need help activating IPhone XR with expanded network SIM card

My iPhone XR didn’t come with a normal SIM card. So I think I might want to try the expanded network. If I don’t like the service is it possible to reactivate my phone and go back to normal service? Whoops, forgot my SIM card

Got my new LG51 yesterday.  Working fine.  This morning I looked at the bottom of the box and saw the SIM card tucked in a flap.  Envelope says Important.  I assume this is used to broaden my coverage to TMo's GSM.  Can I put it in after the phone is activated or will that do irreparable damage?

Ever since dish took over the service with boost,boost sucks. I've been with boost for 2 years and never had a data cap on my 5 lines.
