Ridiculous return policy

Just a comment.... The 7 days from date of order return period is ridiculous. Ordered my phone on 1/13, received it in the mail on 1/20. I tried to activate it and ended up calling Boost on 1/21 just to find out I can't use the phone with my existing plan (and I have no intention on changing it).
