Celero5g Phone App Crashes

As the title mentions, the phone app itself crashes. Every time I go to make a call, press the phone icon, I see an empty call history screen, then the "Phone has stopped" pop-up. I'm left with a choice of seeing App info, or closing it. Neither option helps.

Activity logs aren't showing everything

Both accounts in my name is only showing maybe 2 phone calls & like 4 text messages for all month. How can I get access to the full text/call logs? Why is it only show few very?
