Sim swap

Not accepting my phone number

Hello, my phone is broken and i can’t sign into the Boost website to do anything about it. It is t accepting my phone number or email. I can’t use chat because I can’t sign in. I started as a Virgin Mobile customer if that makes a difference. (And I’ve never had this problem before.)

Never recieved phone purchased

I placed an order foe a new phone on the 5th of this month and my package never showed up.. I called UPS and Boost and neither one can give me an answer on what happened. No Voicemail app or notifications

I have a new Boost Moto G Pure and everything is working except I don't get any voicemail notifications. Boost's support website says use the Visual Voicemail app preinstalled on the phone, but there is no such pre-installed app on my phone. The Google Play Store doesn't list any Boost branded voic

Is an upgrade required?
