Hello, I am existing customer with an old phone, and has just bought a new phone. I have activated it with the ICCID and IMEI (using "Swap Device" on your website). After doing that for several hours, my old phone is disconnected from the mobile network, but the new phone is still not connected

Cancel Auto Payment after transferring number?

I recently transferred my Boost number to another carrier and can no longer access my Boost account to turn off autopay. Does this automatically cancel once the number is transferred or do I need to contact support?

Invalid tracking number

LTE dropping haven't recieved text nor calls in days!!!!
