Update prl and Update profile greyed out

I need to update my profile but it is greyed out. Update prl and update profile are greyed out. I have a samsung galaxy a10e. I have tried everything I have read about on other forums. I have factory reset numerous times. I have put it in flight mode and restarted it. I have cleared the cache partition and I have reset the settings. None of them worked. Any help would be appreciated.
