Permanently Uninstall Uber, et al.

Question

I'm still searching for a way to permanently uninstall Uber, 1 Weather, and other Mobile ID apps. I remove them, and they get reinstalled. I uninstall them, and they get reinstalled. Uber is 142MB. I don't have the storage space to accommodate an app I WILL NEVER USE. I do not use Uber. I will never use Uber. Why do I need Uber on my phone?

Boost has the ability to change their Mobile ID policies. They have the option to make these apps opt-in, and to give customers control of THEIR OWN STORAGE SPACE. Boost has the option to serve their customers.

Boost could listen to their customers and rewrite Mobile ID. If they cared.

Boost Mobile won’t remove this apps. If want to remove the you’ll have to root your device. But this will void the phone warranty.

My phone cannot be rooted. I've already looked into it. LG doesn't support it on the X Charge.
