I have just received my unlocked by Samsung Note 10+ yesterday, and I can tell you my Note 10+ activated instantly with Boost Mobile without any problems.
I get "Internal Error 407" then it says the SIM card is locked and to power cycle.
I put SIM card SIMOLW516TQ in my unlocked Note 10+. I just logged into my Boost Mobile account, I clicked on "swap device", I entered the IMEI, the ICCID was already in the ICCID field, and then it activated. However, I did initially activate it on Sprint. Maybe that had something to do with it. I don't know.
I want to keep my number and Boost in chats, on the phone and in store just gave me the run around. So I switched to AT&T.
