Can't connect to the internet while in a call on a LG Stylo 5

I just bought the phone and every time I'm in a call and try using the internet it won't let me.

Why cant I connect to the internet while in phone calls other services offer it im thinking about leaving boost mobile and why does the service suck when i go into a store can barley use the internet

Boost you need to fix that.  I have been a customer well over 10 years.  I now work for door dash.  Phone calls and internet usage simultaneously are a must! It's part of the job! If a customer calls,  I get kicked from the app and told im offline.  This cannot happen! I am about to take my 3 lines and go elsewhere.
