Account is Not Valid message when switching to new Galaxy S10??

Hi everyone. As a recent graduation present I upgraded my old Galaxy S7 to a new S10. I went to activate it today and everything else was fine but when I booted it up, it gave me a popup to log into my Sprint account which is odd because I am using the new Boost SIM card they sent via envelope. On my Boost account I swapped my devices so it says the S10 should have service, but I cannot send/receive calls or texts. Whenever I try to call someone I get the message "this service has been rescripted or is unavailable, message NY24165". I tried to text that number but it says invalid contact. I have no idea what to do and it's really putting me at my wit's end. Anyone else have trouble swapping devices from Virgin Mobile to Boost and know what is going on? Thank you.

If Smart Switch can't complete a transfer, doesn't recognize your device when using a PC or Mac, or crashes suddenly, there are a few things you can do to solve the problem. You can try clearing the app's data or deleting unnecessary items from your device to make room for the omegle transfer.
